Benefact Group

The Benefact Group (formerly the Ecclesiastical Group) is made up of different organisations (including the Promotor), details of which can be found here. This form is issued on behalf of the Company as the promotor of the Movement for Good Awards.

Purpose

The Contributor (you) will provide a high resolution image and/or a short 10 – 15 second video about what it does and how it will spend the Movement for Good Award it receives from the Promoter to support its causes (“Contribution”).

The Promotor may use this Contribution:

–     on its websites (including benefactgroup.com and movementforgood.com), PR and social channels and other promotional and marketing materials; and/or

–     to create a video montage of various winners of the Movement for Good Awards by incorporating the Contribution alongside other contributions made by other winners in an extended video clip for internal and external use by the Promotor, and/or

The Benefact Group may use this Contribution:

–     on their respective websites, PR and social media channels and in other promotional and marketing materials where the Contribution does not contain the personal data of any individuals within the Contribution.
