Upload your short video and/or image

We want to help you showcase the work you do and how our donation will help to make a
difference. Please upload your image (as a GIF, PNG or JPEG file) and/or send a video
recording (10-15 secs max) which briefly says:

  • Your charity name
  • What your charity does
  • How the money you’ve been awarded will be spent
  • What your supporters mean to you

Video Guidelines

  • Make sure you’re filming horizontally / landscape
  • Consider the background – it’d be great to show on-site / visual context to the
    charity, but if that’s not possible, a more neutral background (eg. plain
    coloured wall) is good
  • Don’t pinch/zoom in as this will reduce the quality, move closer to the subject
    instead
  • A quiet environment is essential – any background noise (traffic / people / pets
    etc) could be picked up by the microphone
  • Make sure the light is front not behind, otherwise you’ll get dark shapes
  • Make sure whatever you’re using to film with (eg. phone) is fixed
  • Do a quick test shot first to check sound and image quality
