Terms & Conditions

By signing this form, I agree on behalf of the Contributor and where relevant on behalf of the individuals in this Contribution:

  1. The Promotor and the Benefact Group may use this Contribution internally and externally to achieve the Purpose.
  2. Copyright in the Contribution remains with the Contributor. However, the Contributor agrees to grant the Promoter and Benefact Group a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable licence, for the full period of any intellectual property rights in the Contribution and any accompanying materials, to store, edit, copy, adapt, translate and sub-licence this Contribution at its discretion so it can exhibit, promote, transmit, distribute, reproduce and exploit the Contribution; use the name, likeness, and biography, photographs/recordings in the Contribution; and for any advertising, publicising or promoting of the Contribution in all media formats now or in the future as the Promotor or Benefact Group deems fit, in each case, to achieve the Purpose, and no payments will be due to the Contributor by the Promoter or any other member of the Benefact Group.
  3. To give all necessary consents required by any law to enable the Promoter and Benefact Group to use the Contribution as set out in these terms for the Purpose.
  4. Any personal data provided/given access to has been done so in accordance with all applicable data protection and privacy laws and regulations, guidance and codes of practice and any individuals within the Contribution have been provided with a copy of the Privacy Notice below and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
  5. The companies within the Benefact Group (including the Promoter) will not be liable for any loss or damage to the Contributor or its property unless caused directly by the negligence of a Benefact Group company. Such Benefact Group companies being jointly and severally liable.
  6. This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English and Welsh courts.
